Orders are prepared in 2–5 business days. US standard shipping then takes 5–10 business days, or 3–7 with express. International orders usually arrive in 10–30 business days. You'll get tracking by email as soon as your order ships.

Orders of $70 or more ship free with code 2CASES, which covers any two cases. When your cart qualifies, the code is added for you at checkout.

It depends on the design. The full range runs from iPhone 12 to iPhone 17 Pro Max, including iPhone 17 Air. Every product page lists each model that design comes in.

Clear MagSafe cases have built-in magnets for MagSafe chargers, wallets and mounts. Protective and Clear cases aren't magnetic.

Protective cases come in both. Glossy has a shiny finish. Matte is flat with low shine.

Each case is made for your exact phone, so we can’t accept returns for change of mind or a wrong model choice. If it arrives damaged, defective or wrong, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we’ll replace or refund it once approved. Shipping costs aren’t refundable.

Protective cases have two layers, a hard shell over a soft lining, and the design covers the whole back. Clear cases are see-through. Clear MagSafe cases are clear too and add built-in magnets for MagSafe accessories. Each product page shows which one a design comes on.
